goals for 2010
I'm hopping on board with Elsie (who just got an awesome blog makeover!) & everyone else who set 4 Simple Goals before 2011. I always have things that I know I should do, but I can never get around to doing them all, so here is my public announcement of everything that I want to do, and hopefully that will give me some extra motivation.
1. Make time for reading the Bible & praying everyday. Spend time with God everyday. I want to sit down with a cup of tea & soak up the word and take it to heart. I have enough time in the day for this.
2. Work out at least three times a week! i used to work out allll the time, thanks to sports. Now, i'm spending more time in front of the sewing machine, which definitely isn't a bad thing, but i want to take care of myself, especially when i'm still young. morning work outs might be my new friend. :)
3. Journal more. And this goes hand in hand with spending time with the Lord, but I really want to make a point to put down my feelings so I can remember where I've been, what I've gone through and where I am now. I love seeing how God has worked in my life.
4. Make time for far away friends! There are so many people that I love that won't be in the same city as me this year, and I want to keep in touch with them. At least surprise them with some goodness!
What are your goals? If you're in this too, leave a link in the comments and we can check up on each other! :)
Also, don't forget! Today is the last day you can enter in my giveaway happening over at Chelsea's blog! <3
