the collection: portrait

I am still so in love with the pictures I posted last week that it was hard getting this collection together. But I talked to Luke on the phone the whole time and that was marvelous! I'll be seeing him tomorrow and we'll brave the waters of my first craft show together... I'm excited/scared/nervous. Any tips??

Also, I'm thinking of taking this collection thing and using it to explore how people capture and portray and make pretty all parts of the female body. Yes, that sounds a lot more grotesque than I plan on it to be. You'll see... and if it doesn't end up going that way, you'll see too. Either way, it'll be PRETTY. PRETTY. I love PRETTY.
