nick & maria wedding

i helped out with my lovely friends, nick & maria, wedding last month, and it was so fun! please pardon the awful pictures, i was too excited when actually making the goodies to take nice pictures, and then i was only stuck with my poor iphone at the wedding to take pictures. 

i made a few gold glitter banners for the wedding, like the one above! below, is the christmas tree where they hung all of their favors. they had two christmas trees right when you walked in, which made for the perfect winter wedding entrance. 

i designed the favor tags, which had their personalized quote - "remember, remember our 21st of december". they were tagged to windchimes, which is so fun. we hang ours in our window and reminded of their love every time it rings - for real!

i also made name tags for all of the guests. the different color bows coordinated to which train ride they were on, and the guests took the train from the reception to the wedding ceremony - it was magical! the ceremony was outside, on the day of winter solstice and it was perfect. not to mention that he proposed on the summer solstice, so the whole thing was genius and so magical and so them. 

and here's a peak at the menu that maria styled! so cute. the menu is tucked in a card that tells the night's schedule, it's such a fun way to share the plan with the guests and so personable. and the menu shares the night's amazing dinner! 

it was so fun working on something for a dear friend's wedding, and then to see it in action was an honor!
